I truly enjoyed having Diane on the podcast today. Diane's insight into how to navigate emotional challenges in relationships were both inspiring and thought-provoking. She is a true advocate for helping others to overcome emotional survival in relationships. Her ability to connect with others and provide practical advice makes her a valuable resource for anyone seeking to improve their emotional well-being. It would be an excellent addition to your podcast to have her expertise in building emotional resilience through a neuroscience-based approach.

Diane was an amazing guest. She was incredibly insightful and gave our audience real, practical takeaways they can actually use. She leads with both her heart and her mind, and she has a beautiful way of articulating complex things in a way people can truly understand and feel. She would be a great guest for any show.

Diane's journey gave context to her calling, her wounds gave depth to her wisdom and her faith gave strength to her perspective. Thank you Dianne for your heart, looking forward to us connecting more.

Finding Better Podcast

Wonderful! My podcast is all about helping people find "better" in their lives and Diane does so ABUNDANTLY by reminding us that while our thinking is done predominantly with our brains (i.e. thinking), there's also a whole 'nuther element of thinking and feeling in our heart. Diane brings this home and offers up easy exercises we can do to bring our hearts back into everything we do. Very refreshing and relevant in today's world. I will definitely invite her back. Thank you Diane!

Diane McDowell was a seriously powerful guest because she doesn’t hand out “relationship tips”. She goes straight to the source code. The wiring. What made her message hit is how validating and specific it is. You’re not reactive because you’re broken.
You’re reactive because your nervous system learned survival before it learned safety. Diane explained that even the most self-aware, emotionally intelligent people can still brace, shut down, or get hijacked in the moments that matter. Not because they aren’t trying hard enough. Because the reflex lives deeper than the mindset.
Her Brain-to-Heart Code™ reframes the whole game. This is pattern repatterning. Turning self-awareness into self-leadership. Moving from bracing to belonging without waiting for your partner to change first. Diane brought clarity, depth, and a “finally someone said it” kind of resonance that listeners will feel immediately.
